Refund Policy

At Albatross Consulting, we are committed to delivering exceptional consulting services tailored to the unique needs of each client. Due to the customized nature of our work and the significant time and resources invested into each project, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for any services purchased. Once a payment has been processed, it is considered non-refundable. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We encourage clients to communicate openly with us during the course of any project. If you have concerns about the service you are receiving, please contact our team immediately so we can address your needs promptly.

Exceptions:

In rare and exceptional cases, where a refund may be warranted due to an error solely on the part of Albatross Consulting, such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of management.

Cancellation Policy

At Albatross Consulting, we value long-term partnerships and invest significant time, resources, and strategic planning into every client relationship. As such, we require a minimum of 90 days’ written notice for any cancellation of services.

To cancel services, you must provide us formal written notice by email. The 90-day notice period will begin on the date we confirm receipt of your cancellation request.

All services and billing will continue during the 90-day notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees for the notice period are non-refundable and payable according to your existing service agreement.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in additional fees or continuation of services until notice is properly given.

Delivery Timeline for Services

Typical Delivery Expectations:

  • Initial Consultation and Onboarding: Within 5–10 business days after signing an agreement and receiving initial payment.
  • Project Planning and Strategy Development: Typically delivered within 2–4 weeks following onboarding, depending on project size and information provided by the client.
  • Implementation and Execution: Project milestones and deliverables are scheduled in collaboration with the client, with estimated timelines outlined during the planning phase.
  • Reporting and Ongoing Support: Provided on a monthly basis, or as otherwise agreed upon in the client engagement.

Factors Impacting Delivery:

  • Timely receipt of required information, feedback, and approvals from the client.
  • Adjustments in project scope or unforeseen challenges that may require revisions to the initial timeline.
  • External dependencies, including third-party vendors, market conditions, or legal/compliance reviews, where applicable.
