Steve Foreman is the founder and CEO of Albatross Consulting LLC. After graduating from Towson University, Steve worked for two of the top media companies in the industry over the next 10 years. After setting multiple sales records & selling over $20,000,000 in legal advertising, Steve started Albatross Consulting LLC with the mission to change his clients' lives, with a focus on building and scaling their law firms.

Over his career, Steve has worked with 300+ law firms, and he has been nationally recognized as a leading expert in law firm management and law firm business strategy. Steve believes that with the right coaching, any lawyer can build a multi-million dollar practice. However, more importantly, Steve believes that he can change the lives of his clients. That is what drives him, and it is why he chose this line of work.

Steve currently lives in Rockville, MD with his two sons and goldendoodle. Steve is an avid sports fan, supporting the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles. In his spare time, Steve likes to travel, play golf, spend time with his family and friends, and go to sporting events.
